  Gregory D. Schryer

Greg Schryer is the principal of Sales Improvement Group and currently provides consulting advise to global sales organizations. Greg has held a number of Executive Sales roles directing, implementing and managing sales strategies. Greg has particular experience with international organizations and has worked with industry leaders, such as Firstsource Solutions, Infosys Technologies, EDS and Merck.

Greg holds an Honours Degree in Business and Science from the University of Waterloo.
 

 
 

With an emphasis on web development and security, Jim  has over 13 years of management and development expertise in a variety of segments including Telecom, Retail and the Canadian regulatory sector. In addition to serving clients at BPS, Jim is a founding partner at RDS and has worked as a senior manager, web services at C1 / Group Telecom, and Manager of Internet Development at Kumaran Systems Inc.
   
Sonja van Bergen
Sales Compensation


Sonja is a compensation consultant with the Sales Improvement Group. She provides advice to clients on sales compensation plan effectiveness. Sonja has over 10 years experience in compensation analysis and design. She has worked as a compensation consultant with Towers Perrin and held various financial and compensation related roles with Xerox Canada.

Sonja has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business.
